Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize sales channels across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Identify, outreach, and onboard new strategic partners and affiliates
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and post-sales support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and discount strategies
- Update and maintain CRM databases with partner/sales activity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce sales or partnership management
- Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and CRM tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration platforms
