Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to increase online revenue and brand presence.
- Manage daily operations on major e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze traffic data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, flash sales, and product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new digital trends.
