Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Alibaba.com storefronts to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Jakarta sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Indonesian and international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global buyers.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and production departments to ensure timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in E-commerce sales, preferably with Alibaba.com or similar B2B platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on international clients.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the sports equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
