PT Menara Inter Mode, a prominent player in the retail handbag (tas wanita) industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring our online presence is seamless, attractive, and highly conversion-oriented.

You will play a pivotal role in managing our online storefronts across various marketplaces and our proprietary website. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, from campaign management to customer interaction. If you have a keen eye for visual merchandising and a data-driven approach to sales growth, we invite you to help us elevate our brand to new heights.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) and the company website.
  • Execute daily store operations including stock updates, content optimization, and pricing adjustments.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product discoverability through SEO and keyword optimization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
  • Proven track record of managing e-commerce marketplaces and back-end dashboards (Seller Center).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and online consumer behavior in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic image editing tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for fashion and accessories is highly preferred.
