Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Manage daily operations for online stores, including product uploads, inventory synchronization, and price monitoring.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ROAS, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to create high-converting promotional banners and content.
- Execute seasonal and tactical marketplace campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, Payday Sales) to maximize market share.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance service quality and maintain seller ratings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and pricing shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in E-commerce management (Marketplace like Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion funnel optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict campaign deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
