Are you a vigilant digital defender with a passion for protecting online brand integrity? We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Security Specialist to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our digital footprint, ensuring our corporate assets remain secure against unauthorized access, phishing attempts, and brand impersonation.
This is a strategic defensive role. We are looking for an ethical professional dedicated to threat monitoring, account security hardening, and incident response. If you have a sharp eye for cybersecurity trends and a deep understanding of social media platform architectures, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation and safeguarding our community engagement channels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and audit official company social media accounts for signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols (2FA, account recovery procedures, and permission audits) across all platforms.
- Identify and report fraudulent accounts, phishing links, or defamatory content targeting our organization.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation for social media incident response and recovery.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure safe engagement practices and platform policy compliance.
- Proactively scan for emerging digital threats and vulnerabilities that could impact our brand identity.
- Conduct regular security awareness training sessions for team members managing social media channels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, digital threat intelligence, or social media management with a security focus.
- Strong understanding of security settings and privacy policies for major social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with threat monitoring tools and digital footprint analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical digital practices (No hacking or illicit activities).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle sensitive security incidents with discretion.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
