Nutrisi Sempurna Indonesia is looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist Lead to spearhead our digital marketplace presence. In this role, you will be the engine behind our online retail growth, optimizing product visibility, customer conversion, and overall brand performance across major Indonesian e-commerce platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase marketplace sales and brand awareness.
- Manage end-to-end operations on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy impactful digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee stock inventory management and coordinate with logistics for seamless order fulfillment.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce management, preferably within the consumer goods or health industry.
- Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign management, and digital advertising (e.g., Shopee Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale promotional events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 sales).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
