- Oversee daily e-commerce operations including website management, order processing, and inventory coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase online conversions and customer retention
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless omnichannel operations
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and platform guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital retail
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities with cross-functional team experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
