- Interpret operational manuals and implement machinery maintenance protocols
- Develop and enforce comprehensive plant safety procedures
- Design electrical and instrumentation systems for new installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system failures
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards (OSHA, NFPA)
- Train staff on safe equipment operation and emergency procedures
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Technology
- Minimum 5 years of E&I engineering experience in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell)
- Certification in electrical safety (Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout)
- Experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
