Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems for ACMV (HVAC) equipment
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation devices including sensors, actuators, and control panels
- Develop technical documentation including schematics, P&IDs, and maintenance procedures
- Optimize energy efficiency through system upgrades and control sequence improvements
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean safety regulations (SS 553, SS 532) and industry standards
- Lead project execution from concept to commissioning for building automation systems
- Provide technical training to maintenance staff and junior engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ACMV/HVAC control systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and control diagrams
- Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and HVAC communication protocols
- Certification in building automation systems (BAS) or energy management systems
- Experience with energy modeling and sustainable HVAC solutions
- Valid electrical work permit and relevant safety certifications
