Are you a detail-oriented Electrical & Instrumentation professional with a passion for HVAC systems? HVAC Experts is currently seeking a motivated and skilled E&I Engineer to join our growing team in Bandar Bukit Puchong. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of critical control systems that ensure our HVAC solutions operate at peak efficiency.
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can troubleshoot complex electrical circuits and instrumentation loops with precision. You will work closely with our field technical team to ensure that all instrumentation is correctly integrated with building management systems, ensuring seamless automation and climate control performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least 3 years of industry experience looking to advance their career in a dynamic, project-focused environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and commission electrical and instrumentation components for industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on control panels, sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
- Ensure all E&I installations comply with local safety standards and engineering best practices.
- Calibrate instrumentation devices to maintain optimal system accuracy and response times.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and project reports.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical controls with HVAC machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians during installation phases.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in Electrical & Instrumentation for HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and building automation control systems (BMS).
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational safety.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with clients and site teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Selangor area as required.
