Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate electrical/instrumentation maintenance teams for production machinery
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical plant systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical/instrumentation faults
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget efficiently
- Mentor junior technicians and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and automation projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of E&I maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and process instrumentation
- Certified in electrical safety practices (e.g., LOTO, HAZOP)
- Proven leadership experience with maintenance teams
- Proficient in maintenance management software (SAP, CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Singaporean PR or Employment Pass holder required
