Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC, DCS, transmitters, and various industrial sensors.
- Calibrate instrumentation devices to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support plant shutdown activities, ensuring timely completion of technical projects.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID, and loop diagrams for installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and EHS protocols at all times.
- Document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and plant upgrades as required.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or oil & gas plant environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley) and industrial instrumentation.
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and explosion-proof requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to site-specific safety regulations.
