Tanggung Jawab
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into engaging digital content
- Implement multimedia elements including animations, videos, and interactive assessments
- Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses across different devices and platforms
- Support maintenance and updates of existing learning management systems
- Adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive learning experiences
- Research and implement emerging e-learning technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for e-learning customization
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating multimedia or educational content creation (preferred)
