- Design, develop, and deploy engaging e-learning courses and digital learning modules
- Analyze learning requirements and translate them into effective instructional design solutions
- Create interactive content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and comprehensive learning materials
- Ensure e-learning solutions align with organizational learning objectives and industry standards
- Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules for functionality and user experience
- Update and maintain existing digital learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Stay current with emerging e-learning technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning development and instructional design
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Experience with multimedia development tools and graphic design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning projects and instructional design work
