Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for E&M systems.
- Analyze historical maintenance data to identify patterns, optimize service intervals, and reduce operational costs.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for critical equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with operations and facility management teams to ensure seamless system integration and uptime.
- Oversee the performance of technical staff and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, including forecasting for major capital expenditures.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep infrastructure at the forefront of engineering standards.
- Prepare regular technical reports for management detailing system health and reliability metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Professional License (PRC) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems maintenance, facility management, or heavy industrial engineering.
- Strong background in predictive maintenance tools, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project timelines effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Advanced proficiency in technical reporting and cross-departmental communication.
