In this role, you will play a pivotal part in early childhood development by facilitating specialized brain training programs for children aged 3–6. You will use scientifically-backed methodologies to help students strengthen their cognitive functions, including focus, memory, processing speed, and problem-solving skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate structured brain training sessions for children aged 3–6 using proprietary neuro-educational methodologies.
- Monitor and document each child’s cognitive progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a stimulating, safe, and positive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback and progress reports to parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to adapt training techniques to meet individual learning needs.
- Manage classroom logistics and educational materials to ensure high-quality session delivery.
- Actively engage with children to build rapport and foster a love for learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or coaching young children (experience in special needs or developmental therapy is a plus).
- Strong passion for child development and neuro-learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents and children.
- High level of patience, energy, and enthusiasm for working with toddlers and preschoolers.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Ability to work full-time in the Kebon Jeruk area.
