Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily center operations including staff scheduling, budget management, and compliance with ECE regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff through regular coaching and professional development sessions
- Design and implement age-appropriate curricula aligned with early learning frameworks
- Foster strong parent relationships through effective communication and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor children's developmental progress and ensure individualized learning support
- Manage center resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality educational standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and parent satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in preschool settings with 2+ years in leadership
- Valid certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., DCF, WSQ)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's ECE regulatory framework (ECDA standards)
- Proven team management and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication abilities with children, parents, and staff
- Creative curriculum development and implementation experience
