Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Create engaging classroom activities that promote hands-on learning and exploration
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed developmental portfolios
- Collaborate with parents through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences
- Integrate multicultural perspectives and inclusive teaching practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification (PGSD or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative lesson planning abilities with play-based learning focus
- Patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
