As an Early Childhood Educator, you will manage daily classroom activities, ensure a safe and stimulating environment, and build meaningful relationships with both children and their families. We provide a professional space where you can grow your career and make a lasting impact on young lives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents through formal and informal communication.
- Facilitate a variety of learning activities including play-based learning, storytelling, and arts & crafts.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Coordinate with fellow educators to organize school events, excursions, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure that all equipment and learning materials are well-maintained and accessible.
- Support children with their daily personal routines, including hygiene and mealtime activities.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong passion for working with children and a commitment to child-centered education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Energetic, reliable, and a proactive team player.
- Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Clean criminal record and a commitment to professional growth in early years development.
