Tanggung Jawab
- Create and implement age-appropriate developmental activities for infants and toddlers (2-36 months)
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Document children's developmental progress and daily activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and milestones
- Adhere to childcare center policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines

Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with infants/toddlers
- Certification in First Aid and Pediatric CPR
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
