Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and high-energy learning sessions tailored for children aged 3–6.
- Implement neuro-cognitive curriculum and brain-training activities effectively.
- Monitor and document individual student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with the educational team to refine teaching techniques and activity modules.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding child development milestones and program benefits.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on neuro-educational research and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating early childhood programs.
- Passionate about child development and brain science.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both children and parents.
- Patience, high energy, and a creative approach to problem-solving in the classroom.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule in the Kebon Jeruk area.
