We are currently seeking a passionate and responsive Early Years Educator to join our team in Punggol. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, with a focus on Early Years education and Mandarin language activities.
- Supervise and guide children during play and learning sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s daily progress and developmental milestones.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and social interaction.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records of attendance and daily observations.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to organize school events, field trips, and educational corners.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations set by the Ministry of Education.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) registration or work permit.
- Experience working with young children (0-6 years old) is highly preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with parents and colleagues.
