Tanggung Jawab
- Implement the Heguru enrichment program to foster whole-brain development in early years students
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs
- Monitor and document children's progress, providing regular updates to parents
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop innovative teaching materials and activities
- Participate in professional development training to enhance teaching methodologies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and achievements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience teaching children aged 0-6 years
- Certification in early childhood education or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with young children
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language is an advantage
