As part of the exclusive PIONEER ACCOUNT, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Handle and manage escalations from lower-level agents or directly from dissatisfied customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and holidays as needed.
