Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with account openings, product information, and general banking guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure cash drawers balance at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new teller staff when required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or Banking is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail banking is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to handle cash with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
