As an ECC (Engineering Command Center) Shift Engineer, you will serve as the heartbeat of our facility operations, monitoring critical infrastructure systems to ensure 99.999% uptime for our global clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) to ensure optimal data center environment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks on critical cooling, power, and fire suppression infrastructure.
- Serve as a first responder for any facility-related alarms or incidents, following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular reporting on equipment performance, energy consumption, and system stability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors during site maintenance activities and upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all site activities, ensuring accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Participate in emergency response drills to ensure site safety and facility integrity at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations and a passion for data center operations are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of high-voltage systems, chillers, CRAH units, and UPS systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios.
- Ability to work on a shift-based roster to ensure 24/7 facility coverage.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
