- Create immersive language activities focusing on vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills

- Assess student progress and maintain developmental portfolios
- Collaborate with teaching team to integrate Mandarin into daily routines
- Communicate student progress with parents through regular conferences and reports
- Develop culturally relevant teaching materials and visual aids
- Participate in professional development workshops on bilingual education
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in preschool setting
- Valid ECE certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong understanding of play-based learning methodologies
- Creative lesson planning abilities with cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
