Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat for TCL's e-commerce platforms
- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve product issues, complaints, and order discrepancies proactively
- Provide detailed product information and support to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in business or customer service preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM software and e-commerce platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume environments
