Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations for realme smartphones including website management, product listings, and order fulfillment
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless digital customer journeys
- Optimize SEO/SEM campaigns and manage paid advertising across digital channels
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years e-commerce management experience
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth in electronics or smartphone industry
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with CRM systems and customer journey mapping
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing
