We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Supervisor to lead and optimize online sales strategies within the building material space. This pivotal role will drive digital transformation for our sanitary product portfolio, focusing on enhancing user experience, increasing conversion rates, and expanding market reach. You'll spearhead data-driven initiatives across multiple channels while collaborating with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless omnichannel integration. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to position our brand as a leader in the competitive sanitary e-commerce landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth in the sanitary products segment
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media promotions
- Oversee product catalog management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory and logistics operations
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, setting performance metrics and fostering professional development
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce management experience in building materials or sanitary products
- Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media advertising)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
