In this role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their packages accurately and on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate receiving of incoming inventory and conduct thorough quality inspections.
- Organize warehouse stock systematically to ensure optimal retrieval efficiency.
- Process, pack, and label e-commerce orders for timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with warehouse safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth handover of outgoing shipments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels and order statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level or NITEC certification in Logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management tracking.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in orders.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work full-time hours.
