Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and educational standards.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive lectures to secondary school students.
- Assess student understanding through quizzes, examinations, assignments, and class participation.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share resources and develop innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Education (PGSD/S1 Pendidikan), or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at the secondary level (SMP/SMA).
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success and character development.
