Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging Economics curriculum aligned with IB Diploma Programme standards
- Develop differentiated lesson plans incorporating current economic trends and case studies
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery
- Organize extracurricular economics activities and competitions
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to IB students
- Participate in professional development workshops and IB educator networks
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related field
- Teaching certification or license (Sertifikasi Pendidik)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Economics
- IB curriculum familiarity or willingness to complete IB training
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience with technology-integrated teaching methods
- Demonstrated commitment to innovative education practices
