Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in economics, accounting, and business studies aligned with the curriculum.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies including discussions, case studies, and project-based learning to engage students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and class activities, providing timely feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary approaches and participate in school events.
- Stay current with developments in economics and pedagogy to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Guide extracurricular activities related to business or economics clubs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or a closely related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at secondary or high school level.
- Ability to deliver effective lessons in English (bilingual teaching environment).
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and/or Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in integrating educational technology (Google Classroom, online resources, etc.).
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing student potential, aligned with Christian values.
- Teaching certification (e.g., AKTA, PG) is a plus.
