Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and harmonize data resources across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Engage with high-level executives and government officials to align project resources with national goals
- Manage financial and operational aspects of project resources to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate resource utilization, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure project resources align with MRANTI's strategic objectives and national priorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project resource management or similar role
- Strong understanding of data harmonization and integration methodologies
- Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders including government officials
- Proven track record in financial and operational management of projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Malaysia's digital transformation initiatives and national goals
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
