We're seeking experienced sales experts to drive merchant expansion across Ambon, Sanana, Morotai, Tanimbar, and Halmahera Timur. In this pivotal role, you'll onboard micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) onto our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) payment solutions, empowering them with digital transaction capabilities. You'll leverage your sales acumen to build lasting merchant relationships while contributing to our mission of financial inclusion across Eastern Indonesia. As part of our Merchant Success team, you'll conduct targeted merchant canvassing, demonstrate product value propositions, and facilitate seamless onboarding processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive merchant canvassing in assigned territories (Ambon, Sanana, Morotai, Tanimbar, Halmahera Timur)
- Present EDC solutions and digital payment features to MSME owners
- Negotiate contracts and onboard merchants onto payment systems
- Maintain accurate merchant data and CRM records
- Achieve monthly acquisition and activation targets
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the sales team
- Train merchants on EDC device usage and transaction processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales canvassing or EDC merchant acquisition
- Proven track record in B2B sales or fintech solutions
- Deep familiarity with Maluku region's commercial landscape
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote territories
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness for frequent travel
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
