Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants for EDC payment solutions in Nagekeo region
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing EDC features and benefits to business owners
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and training
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in merchant acquisition or EDC sales
- Strong understanding of local business landscape in Nagekeo region
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals independently
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for merchant visits
