Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new business clients for EDC machine installations
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for merchants on EDC machine functionality
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and conversion
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve client implementation challenges
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in tech or financial services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Muara Enim region
- Familiarity with payment processing systems or POS technology preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or marketing a plus
- Proficient in CRM software and digital sales tools
