BukuWarung, Indonesia's leading SME fintech platform, is seeking an experienced EDC Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition in Tapin. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard new merchants for EDC payment solutions through field canvassing
- Conduct merchant needs assessments and demonstrate EDC device functionality
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community stakeholders
- Provide hands-on training and ongoing support for EDC device usage and transaction processing
- Track sales metrics and submit comprehensive activity reports through CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in payment solutions or B2B acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in field-based roles
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals independently
- Deep knowledge of local business landscape in Tapin/Kalimantan Selatan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (CRM apps, mobile payment systems)
