Join Concentrix's dynamic IT team as an EDI Support Specialist and become the backbone of our data ecosystem! This critical role involves managing and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data exchange between our global partners and internal platforms. You'll troubleshoot complex integration issues, implement EDI solutions, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain EDI systems including mapping, translation, and validation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors, data discrepancies, and system integration issues
- Monitor EDI transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement EDI solutions and updates
- Document EDI processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge transfer
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security compliance
- Stay updated on emerging EDI technologies and industry standards to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EDI support or data management systems
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML) and protocols
- Experience with EDI mapping tools and integration platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
