As an EDP Consultant, you will act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs. You will be responsible for evaluating existing systems, recommending hardware and software upgrades, and providing ongoing support to ensure our clients operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and assess client information system requirements to recommend effective EDP solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain database management systems to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software-related issues.
- Develop detailed documentation, including user manuals and technical reports, for system operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing business workflows.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates to prevent downtime and data loss.
- Conduct staff training sessions on new software applications and internal data protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in EDP, IT support, or systems administration.
- Strong proficiency in database management (SQL, MySQL) and office automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery procedures, and cybersecurity best practices.
