- Design, develop, and maintain EDP systems aligned with business objectives
- Administer and optimize database systems for performance and reliability
- Oversee network infrastructure, ensuring security and operational stability
- Provide tier-3 technical support and resolve complex system issues
- Implement data security measures and compliance protocols
- Document system configurations and maintain IT asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in EDP systems administration
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and network protocols
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
