Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Network Detection and Response (NDR) platforms to identify potential security incidents
- Investigate security alerts, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate incident response activities
- Develop and optimize detection rules, playbooks, and automation scripts to improve threat visibility
- Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance incident handling procedures and reduce mean-time-to-detection
- Generate comprehensive incident reports, trend analyses, and improvement recommendations
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and detection technologies
- Contribute to security awareness initiatives and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with EDR/NDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Darktrace)
- Strong understanding of threat detection methodologies, attack patterns, and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis
- Incident response experience with SIEM integration and log analysis
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, CEH) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
