Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement English language curriculum aligned with international standards
- Train and mentor teachers on effective pedagogical approaches for young learners
- Conduct educational workshops and parent engagement sessions
- Monitor program effectiveness through student assessments and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with school administrators to optimize educational resources
- Stay current with ELT trends and incorporate innovative teaching technologies
- Prepare progress reports and improvement plans for educational programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in educational consulting or teaching
- Strong understanding of ESL/EFL methodologies for diverse age groups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience developing curriculum and training materials
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
