- Connect with potential learners and understand their educational needs and goals
- Effectively promote and sell educational courses through various communication channels
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing personalized educational recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new course offerings to provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the education team to improve course content and delivery methods
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Proficient in digital communication tools and comfortable with remote work arrangements
