Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and convert leads into long-term students through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct professional presentations and one-on-one consultations with parents to showcase the benefits of Sparks Education.
- Develop and implement local marketing and cross-selling initiatives to increase brand visibility in Bali.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide exceptional post-consultation follow-up to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the center management team to analyze market trends and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales, educational consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; ability to build rapport with diverse families.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to assist parents in their child's development journey.
