Are you a passionate communicator with a drive for sales and education? Seven Retail Group is currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Education Consultant to join our Sparks Education team in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between our premium educational programs and parents seeking the best for their children. Your primary mission is to convert leads into enrollments through professional consulting, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining high standards of service. We are looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is genuinely invested in educational growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Actively convert incoming leads through personalized consultations and school tours.
- Conduct professional presentations to parents, highlighting the unique benefits of Sparks Education programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure high retention.
- Execute strategic cross-selling initiatives to increase average enrollment value.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and parent preferences to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or educational consultancy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a retail or education environment.
- Deeply empathetic with the ability to understand and address parents' concerns.
- Highly organized with strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
