Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and goals
- Present Sparks English programs and courses effectively, highlighting benefits and features
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for student enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure student satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure student progress and address concerns
- Stay updated on educational trends and competitor offerings
- Participate in marketing events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
