Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable courses at Sparks English
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, providing ongoing support throughout their learning experience
- Stay updated on our course offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure student satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Participate in marketing events and community outreach to promote Sparks English programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the local education market in Bali is a plus
